Established in April 2004 by Danny Widjaja, Ruben Tan, Freddy Susanto and David Walker. Onlinesoft grew its channel via Computer Hardware and Web Hosting business in Haymarket Sydney.

In December 2006,we moved our office to Waterloo to focus on Web business and launched 'OSOLIVER' and 'OSSEARCH' to service Recruitment industry with web crawling, document extraction and resume searching.

In June 2008, Onlinesoft releases 'OSPLUS', to service SME with high performance Content Management System.
